DO NOT INSERT SD CARD INTO PERSONAL CAMERA TO VIEW PHOTOS BEFORE DOWNLOADING!
Doing this can cause all data to be erased and we will not refund
- Insert SD card into computer/SD card reader or visit a local photo lab (CVS or WALGREENS)
- Open SD card files and download ALL content onto device of choice.
- There will be different files on the SD card including your photos/video. View them ALL.
- If you do not initially see your photos, scroll through to the end of all the photo files. (Sometimes photos from another group who did not purchase their photos will be on your card if the Crew forgot to erase the SD card before snapping your photos!)
- Once all content is safely downloaded and saved to your computer/phone, you can format the SD card and re-use in your personal camera!
- If you still do not see your photos and you believe there is an error with your card, please contact Fury for more help or information. For more help, contact your parasail crew by calling the phone number listed on your SD card envelope.
